Did anyone ever look around your neighborhood? Do you notice road work? A widening of surface streets. Even streets that go into the hearts of small neighborhoods are being widened. Why would that be necessary? Are we really supposed to believe they are doing this to 'ease' traffic flow? Or maybe it is really to make sure the roads are wide enough for TANKS.
