Mr. President, here are Top 10 Reasons why EVERY January 6er deserves a FULL PARDON on DAY ONE

(Even the ones with violent charges like myself)

1. Show me even ONE January 6er that received a fair trial with an impartial jury in Washington DC; and I'll concede that not everyone should be pardoned

2. Show me even ONE January 6er that was not a victim of ENTRAPMENT by Federal assets, agents or Capitol officers - and I'll concede not everyone should be pardoned.

J6 WAS A SET UP!! They wanted to paint Trump & his supporters as violent extremists, so they created a tinderbox & threw the match in to ignite it!!!

3. Show me ONE January 6er that was not IN FEAR for his or her life when the Capitol Police & MPD started to fire concussion grenades and rubber bullets into a static, peaceful crowd!!

They were the aggressors!! We were peacefully protesting and were fired upon by deadly & antagonistic government forces!! We are Americans - not cowards, & we responded to this tyrannical oppression accordingly!!

Court today was incredible, the TABLES have TURNED for the January 6ers!!

My trial was indefinitely postponed until AFTER Trump's Jan 20th 2025 Inauguration!! My Judge made a groundbreaking decision to PAUSE my case until the new administration takes over because of the high likelihood of PARDONS & CASE DISMISSALS BY TRUMP & GAETZ

This was based off multiple factors including my attorneys surgical recovery - but primarily because the Government is quickly realizing the J6 Soviet Show Trials will soon become moot & completely unnecessary!!

The highlight of the day was a quick response I made to my Prosecutor Karen Rochlin who claimed that speculating January 6ers will be pardoned was like guessing if there was, at that moment, a tornado & hurricane outside the windowless Federal Courtroom -

I replied: "THERE IS A TORNADO & HURRICANE OUTSIDE THIS COURTROOM IN WASHINGTON DC - AND HIS NAME IS DONALD J TRUMP!!!"

I also told the Prosecutors that TRUMP & GAETZ are going to clear house at the DOJ and they will have to find new jobs - that their "Americans were sick of their bloodlust & Weaponization of the DOJ!"

This day was destined to come, the Holy Spirit confirmed this moment in my heart long ago, 1400 days ago when I was first arrested: that my God is still the One Who Delivers.

This incredible journey was only possible to endure for our community of broken families, torn apart by a wicked regime of tyrants - because we walked by FAITH and not by SIGHT.

We were condemned by the world, the mainstream news, the J6 select committee, the weaponized DOJ & FBI - but God has other plans for our lives!!

He saw our hearts, and knew His love would sustain us, as we molded into patient warriors, in the dark dungeons of 900 days in solitary confinement - He was there.

My God never let my side. I was never alone, I was never forgotten.

Kamala Harris is rumored to have promised a minimum of 14 years in prison for any January 6 protestor, while Donald Trump has promised to bring home these desperate souls with blanket pardons. The choice is clear, their lives are in YOUR HANDS!

We are at an inflection point in America, and what we do today in the polling both will forever characterize us as a People - do we shrink from Gods calling to bring freedom to the captives? Or do we as Americans rise with one voice and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

There is no room in America, the land of the Free and home of the Brave for political prisoners - from either party or background. We must set a distinction between us and the Third World regimes who punish & persecute political dissension.
